At Foliotek, we work hard to provide the best assessment and portfolio software possible. To do that, we make changes every week. Sometimes we fix things that don't work, other times we release new features to improve your experience. Below you will find a description of the changes we have made this month.
1.27.2020
What's new
We released some new features and upgrades this week:
- Nothing new this week.
What we fixed
These issues were fixed this past week:
- Acclaim made some changes to their system which broke our integration with them. As a result, users could not access their Acclaim badges. This integration was fixed and users can now upload badges from Acclaim. This affected Acclaim integration on the ID page and the Assessments page in Presentation accounts.
- The dates for private Presentation portfolio shares were not being properly calculated, so viewers were not able to immediately see a shared portfolio.
- A Presentation portfolio that had been submitted for evaluation would not open in the portfolio editor after submission.
- The submitted date was not being shown when viewing the submission information for a project.
- Some moderators were having to click the Moderate Communities button twice to see the list of their communities.
- The End User License Agreement was updated for our users. If you would like to look it over, go to Account Settings and click the Terms of Service link.

What's new
We released some new features and upgrades this week:
- We released some updates to Foliotek Presentation. These updates modernized the code and made some small style changes to most Presentation areas. The main differences you may notice are the color of some text and the size and position of some buttons and links.
What we fixed
These issues were fixed this past week:
- Presentation portfolios that were submitted for evaluation always showed the submission time using Central Time. This was confusing to users in other time zones. These submission times will now reflect the time zone the user is located in.

What's new
We released some new features and upgrades this week:
- It is now possible to add a link to an image in a Project. When someone viewing the project clicks on the image, the link will open in a new tab.
What we fixed
These issues were fixed this past week:
- Due to changes in Youtube's requirements, the Youtube button has been removed from the ID Page. It will return at some point in the future.

What we fixed
These issues were fixed this past week:
- The file name for documents uploaded via the document gizmo was not being displayed whlie the file was being uploaded.
- Images used in a Presentation portfolio were not visible if a user printed the ePortfolio. Images will now be printed in the portfolio.
